What to include in your request
- Account ID — in the app: Settings → Your ID
- What is not working — describe the issue and any errors you see
- Device and OS — e.g. iPhone 13, iOS 17
- Screenshot or video — of the issue (if available)
- If it's a payment issue — attach the receipt (date and amount)
FAQ
How to disable auto-renew
Open the app → Settings → Subscription → Disable auto-renew. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Available if the service was down for more than 2 days a month or a technical issue wasn't resolved. Contact support with a description and the receipt.
How many devices does the subscription support
One subscription — one device. For more devices you'll need separate subscriptions.
Where to find my account ID
In the app: Settings → Your ID. Copy and send it when contacting support.
Privacy
We only ask for the data needed to solve your issue (account ID, device details, payment receipt). Do not send passwords or other sensitive data.
